My bi-polarism has been like me and my shadow all of my life.
It’s true damning affect on the ones I love has just revealed itself to me, while reading old letters and postcards and looking at photos. What pain and sadness I have wrought by my explosive anger and my poor judgement. As a bipolar man I am simultaneously guilty and still not at fault. I’ve also stolen my spouse’s love for me.
You don’t choose to be bipolar, it comes with the package. Doesn’t it?

That’s true- you’re right.
Well stealing spouse’s love isn’t just a bi-polar thing— I notice everyone does it😏🙂
